Curtis Ventures — Cindy Kacher

Curtis Ventures specializes in constructing custom single family homes for clients and custom-quality speculative homes in Northern Virginia. The company is owned and operated by Cindy Kacher, a Class A Residential Building Contractor licensed in the state of Virginia. Cindy’s philosophy is to build a home her own family would be comfortable living in. Relationships with the sub-contractors and all those involved in the process are an important part of the company’s operation. Cindy is on-site for the construction period assuring timely completion and attention to detail.

Prior to creating Curtis Ventures, Cindy was a self-monikered Domestic Engineer and occasional baseball coach as she raised her son. Before domestic engineering Cindy co-owned a successful wine importing business for 13 years, representing French growers and selling to distributors throughout the United States. While living in a 1937 home for over 2 decades in Washington, D.C. , Cindy managed countless repairs and renovations before she built a new home in North Arlington.
